Rhonda P. Kurtis is the principal of Kurtis & Associates, PLC.  She received her law degree from Valaparaiso University and holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Northwestern University.  Ms. Kurtis is licensed to practice law in Virginia, and the District of Columbia as well as before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, and the United States Federal District Court for the District of Columbia.

Ms. Kurtis has an MS, Master of Science in Herbal Medicine.
